Refund Policy of Uroclinix
Our policy lasts 24 hours of the appointment booking time. If less than 24 hours of the appointment booking time had left against the booking time, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your data “like Name, booked time, Cell number and Email” should be correct and before the 24 hours of your booked time.
You should apply for the refund on the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and/or on the cell number +92-336-9604444.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the clinic administration/reception.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* If you booked an appointment already less than 24 hours of consultation time i.e. last night or today’s booking, and you cancel after the booking within 3 hours of such kind of booking.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your cancellation of booking. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, if there will be any hazard in it you can receive hard cash from the clinic.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular consultation booking time may be refunded, unfortunately, promotion and concession consultation booking cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace the booking time if you need another time to come for a consultation. If you need to exchange it for other days, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and call on the cell number +92-336-9604444.
In case of a refund, service charges of the third party /bank should be deducted from the refund amount.
We are bound to comply with the bank (the online finance receiver) and should follow the instruction, guidelines and terms & conditions of the bank (the online finance receiver).
